Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. Plain English where the law allows it, short sentences everywhere.
Effective date: September 22, 2026 (draft)
DRAFT — pending attorney review. These terms are not final and are not legal advice.
The agreement
By using wearegroth.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. The site is operated by GROTH Media(“GROTH Media,” “we,” “us”).
The site is information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about our services. It isn’t professional, legal, financial or marketing advice for your specific situation. Results described on this site come from specific client campaigns over stated periods. Results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of performance for your business.
Client work runs on signed agreements
If you hire GROTH Media, that work — scope, fees, pricing terms, deliverables, intellectual property — is governed by your signed client agreement, not by these site terms. If the two ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Acceptable use
Don’t break the site, don’t probe or disrupt it, don’t scrape it at scale, don’t misrepresent an affiliation with us, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — copy, design, images, the GROTH wordmark and logo — belongs to GROTH Media. You may not use it without our written permission. Client names and marks that appear on this site belong to their owners and are used with permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. Links aren’t endorsements, and we’re not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GROTH Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GROTH Media harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Severability and waiver
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, that isn’t a waiver of it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
