Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this site handles and what we do with it. The short version: this site collects almost nothing. There are no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers here today.
Effective date: September 22, 2026 (draft)
DRAFT — pending attorney review. This policy is not final and is not legal advice.
Who we are
This site is run by GROTH Media, a growth partner based in Jenks, Oklahoma. We work as a service-area business, so we don’t publish a street address. You can reach us at hello@wearegroth.com.
What we collect
What you send us. The only way this site collects information about you is if you choose to email us. The contact buttons open your own email app. If you write to us, we get whatever you include — usually your name, email address and what you told us about your business.
Technical basics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to deliver and secure the site — things like IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That happens on every website.
What we don’t collect. No contact forms. No accounts. No analytics tools. No advertising pixels. No cookies set by us. Our fonts are self-hosted, so your visit doesn’t send anything to Google Fonts.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and send proposals you asked for — steps you asked us to take toward working together.
- To run, improve and protect the site — our legitimate interest in keeping it online and secure.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate: website hosting (Vercel) and our email provider. They process information for us, not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale of the business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking today. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and add a consent banner that blocks non-essential tracking until you accept.
General opt-outs, for the wider web: your browser’s cookie settings, Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta’s ad preferences, and YourAdChoices (optout.aboutads.info).
How long we keep it
We keep emails as long as we need them to handle your inquiry or our work together, then delete them. We keep things longer only when the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t promise otherwise.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@wearegroth.com and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@wearegroth.com. We may need to verify who you are first, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
State privacy rights. Some states — including California, Colorado, Virginia and Connecticut — give their residents specific rights: to know what personal information a business holds, to access or correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email hello@wearegroth.com; if we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response. This section is written generally — whether a given state law applies to a business of our size is pending attorney review.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy — for example, if we add a form or an analytics tool. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted on this page.
