Who runs GROTH Media?
Chantry LaBoube, Founder & Growth Strategist
GROTH Media is founded and led by Chantry LaBoube, with a small editing team. Before starting GROTH in November 2025, Chantry worked inside Oklahoma businesses: as a legal assistant at Bundy Law, then at Extract (later acquired by NOV), where he started on the shop floor assembling and testing oil pumps and moved into accounting and receivables. That’s where the P&L-first approach comes from. He’s seen how a business makes money from the floor and from the books.
So GROTH does not sell packages. It works as a growth partner, built around your numbers, your 6- and 12-month goals, and the team you are growing.
Why “growth partner” instead of “agency”?
Because the words describe the incentives. An agency sells monthly marketing: a retainer, a report, a renewal. Whether your business actually grew is somebody else’s line item. A growth partner builds the engagement around your business, your P&L, your goals and your team, and measures itself in booked calls, leads and revenue. We only look good if you grow. Hundreds of shops sell monthly marketing. We sell growth.
